What does this candle pouring experience include?
This experience includes one handmade candle and one room & linen spray. One complimentary drink and light snacks will be provided.
What does this candle pouring experience look like?
- The experience lasts 1.5 to 2 hours.
- When you arrive, you will first choose what complimentary drink you would like to enjoy during the candle pouring event.
- You will then choose which candle vessel you would like to use for your candle. Our vessels come in various colors.
- You will then experience our smelling station of over 70 fragrances. You will choose up to 3 fragrances to blend your very own custom scent for your candle and room & linen spray.
- Lastly, this is when the magic begins! You will start blending the fragrances you choose from the smelling station to create an alluring scent for your candle and room & linen spray.
- After you create the perfect fragrance, you will then incorporate it into a candle and room & linen spray.
Candle Cure Time
- Candles take up to 1.5 hours to cure.
- If you are not able to wait for your candle to cure, you can pick up your candle on another day or arrange to have it shipped to you for a flat rate fee of $8.95.
- If you prefer to pour a candle and pick it up the same day, please avoid booking the last candle pouring session of the day (within two hours of store closing), due to each candle needing up to 1.5 hour cure time.
- After you take your candle home, please allow your candle to continue to cure for 3 to 7 days before lighting it for the first time.
Are We Family Friendly?
If the candle pouring event is noted otherwise, yes we welcome all ages. Please note: due to the potentially dangerous nature of wax at high temperatures which may rise up to 200 degrees Fahrenheit and hot equipment including, but not limited to, metal wax melters and pouring pots, we require parents to closely supervise their children ages 10 and under.
Running Late or Need to Cancel?
We go above and beyond to ensure everyone has an amazing experience at Cordially Sweet Candle Bar. We aim to start our sessions on time as a courtesy to all of those attending the candle pouring experience. Please arrive on time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your reservation will be cancelled and will need to be rescheduled.
If you are unable to attend, we respectfully ask to please inform us within 48 hours before the event to cancel or reschedule. If you do not let us know at least 48 hours before, or if you fail to show, we cannot refund you. You will be allowed to reschedule as a one-time courtesy. Thank you in advance for your understanding.
