We will gladly accept returns of unused products that is returned within 14 days of receipt of the order. Please contact us to request a return. Please do not ship product back to us without an approved return merchandise authorization, or we may not be able to accept your return. Your original shipping cost will not be refunded. You must pay for return shipping charges.
Once your unused, resellable products have been received, your return will be processed within 1 business day and we will process a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive an email notification that your refund has been processed.
